Instructions

1 Engine Not Running

2 Master Switch “ON”

3 Field Switch “ON”

4 Confirm Alt. Output Terminal has 12.5 Volts

5 Take voltage readings at points 1 Thru 4 to diagnose fault

 

              Suggestions:

              Be sure Alternator Output Plate (external diode plate) is not touching ground.

              Be sure Alternator is Grounded with adequate size wire.
